According to the community achievements guide, only these need something special. Only Sucker for Punishment is missable.
99 Problems But A Stitch Ain't One
100% quality: meet every requirement, cut everything at 100% grain, sew cleanly and match the exact measurements (the mannequin can show 100% while 0.1 off).
Birds of a Feather, Frock Together
Complete every request Berty the pigeon brings (you get the pigeon after Dorothy's first commission). They don't seem to expire.
Opulence and Excess + Harder than it Seams
Do both on one dress: over 300 accessories (the guide suggests buying 300 gems and placing them with Shift + click) and over 5,000 gold spent. What counts is the material on the dress, not what you bought. It can be off-rack, so you can then sell it.
Trim and Proper
Over 50 m of trim on one dress. The guide recommends buying at least 51 m of a new trim and using all of it, since the game's maths isn't always exact.
Sew Long
Finish a dress with the Ruffle Skirt (unlocked from Priya at 3 stars). It eats a lot of fabric and sewing: come prepared.
Sucker for Punishment Spoiler
In one of Vivian's pigeon requests she asks you about animals: pick the leech. She acts disgusted, but friendship is not affected. It is the only missable one.
