Active redemption codes
We only list codes that at least two sources show as active on the day we checked.

Checked on Oct 15, 2026 against several community sources, which list only this code as active. One of them says 15,000 Shell Credits instead of 10,000; to be safe, check the amount in your mail.
Step by step
- In the game, open the Terminal and go to Settings > Other Settings > Redemption Code.
- Type the code and confirm. A success message appears.
- Open your mailbox and claim the rewards.
There is no redeem website
Codes can only be redeemed inside the game, according to the community.
Claim your mail in time
According to the community, the mail with the rewards is deleted after two weeks.
Union Level 2
According to a single community source, you need Union Level 2 to redeem.
Platforms
As far as we know the path is the same on every platform; we have not yet confirmed it on PS5, Xbox and mobile.
Codes come from livestreams
Kuro usually gives around three codes in each livestream before a new version, and those codes last a few days. The ones from the 3.7 livestream (FALLINGSANCTUM, FINDSENTINEL and WAKINGMOON) expired on Sep 21, 2026, and the community lists STARRYSTAGE2 and KEEPONSHINING as expired since Oct 13. 3.8 has no date or announced livestream yet; when it does, this page is updated.
