How we make this tier list
GamesCodex assessment (version 3.7, Oct 15, 2026): consensus of the main community tier lists and performance in endgame content; does not yet include our own testing. We put the ratings on the same scale (SS to C) and take the middle placement; the role (Main DPS, Sub-DPS or Support) follows the community consensus. Community ratings assume different things (for example the constellation level) and weigh player preference. A character in a low tier is still fine for the story and the open world.
