Increases ATK by 12%–24%. Casting Intro Skill or Resonance Liberation increases Resonance Liberation DMG by 20%–40% for 15s. Obtaining a Shield lets Resonance Liberation DMG ignore 7.2%–12.0% of the target's DEF for 7s, stacking up to 5 times. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s. Casting Intro Skill immediately grants max stacks of this effect for 3s.
Ranges go from Rank 1 to Rank 5 (each duplicate copy of the weapon raises it by 1 Rank). In-game text.
