Daily checklist
- Spend your Waveplates before they hit 240, so no recovery is wasted.
- Guidebook Activity: do tasks up to 100 points. The five stages give 60 Astrite in total, plus Union EXP and materials. Resets at 04:00 (server time) and unclaimed rewards are lost.
- Farm Echoes in the overworld: enemies respawn every day.
- Daily quests and current events, which usually give Astrite.

Weekly and periodic
Weekly Challenge
Weekly bosses with rewards limited per week (60 Waveplates each).
Tower of Adversity
Combat challenge with Stable, Experimental and Hazard zones. The Hazard Zone resets periodically and gives Astrite again. Each Resonator has limited Vigor per zone.
Whimpering Wastes
Waves of enemies against a timer, with two teams at once. Part of the rewards resets with the mode.
The Data Bank's 15 enhanced Echo absorptions reset on Mondays at 04:00. Exact periodic mode durations change between versions; check in game.
