Is Wuthering Waves free?
Yes. It is free to play, with in-game purchases (Lunite, the Lunite Subscription, Pioneer Podcast and bundles).
Which platforms can I play on?
PC (official launcher and Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S (since July 10, 2026), iOS, Android and macOS.
Which version is live?
3.7, "Prism's Illusion, Heart's Illumination", since September 30, 2026. The second banner phase starts on October 22, with Suoming.
When does 3.8 come out?
There is no official date yet. Lily has already been revealed as the 3.8 Resonator. Going by Game8's dates, 3.7 ends on November 11 or 12, 2026.
How much is a pull?
160 Astrite for one Tide (Radiant, Forging or Lustrous). Use the calculator on the Convene and pity page to count yours.
Does pity carry over to the next banner?
Yes, between banners of the same type (e.g. from one featured Resonator banner to the next). Counters are not shared between different types.
Does the weapon banner have a 50/50?
No. On the Featured Weapon Convene, the 5★ you get is always the featured weapon.
Can I choose a 5★ at the start?
Yes, in the Beginner's Choice Convene you pick one of the five standard 5★, guaranteed within 80 pulls.
Are there redemption codes?
We do not list codes in this guide because we could not confirm in an official source which ones are valid. Only trust the official Kuro Games channels and be wary of sites promising free Astrite.
