Spend your points after updating
If you are coming from Early Access, 1.0 reset your tree. Open it before you leave your base.
Grab everything at once
Hold the interact button to pick up all scattered loot around you. You can make this automatic in the settings. It does not include chests, enemies or quest items.
Travel while you sleep
In 1.0 you can fast travel while sleeping in a bed.
Clear camps stealthily
Enemies first get suspicious of noise and only call for help once they see you. Pick them off one by one with Sneak Attack before the real fight starts.
Read the words over enemies
“Effective” only shows if the enemy is at least 20% susceptible to the damage type; “Resisted” if it is 20% resistant. Switch weapons accordingly.
Use heavy attacks
Hold the attack button: a heavy attack deals double damage to the enemy and its stun bar. In 1.0 it also hits several nearby enemies, and wands have one too.
Block to catch your breath
In 1.0 stamina recovers while you block.
Respawn mid-fall
If you are falling with no stamina left, 1.0 offers a respawn while you are still falling.
Return to the boss quickly
Enemies recover health gradually. If your party dies, go straight back and the boss will still be hurt.
Private markers
Map markers you place are only visible to you, not to other players.
