Progression

The Flame trophies

To strengthen the Flame, each level asks for materials plus a part from a tough enemy. It is the best list of each stage's “bosses”. According to the wiki (pre-1.0 table); 1.0 lowered the materials for levels 6 to 9 and added levels 10 and 11, which are not documented yet.

In 1.0 Keen Games reduced how well stacked Shroud time effects work, and placed many more hourglass capsules (about 70% more time; large Fell foes drop them too). The times above may no longer be exact.

Albaneve Summits

Fell Dragon Youngling

The dragon lives on Howling Peak, in Albaneve Summits, and is tied to the quest Slaying The Corrupted Beast. Its head is what the Flame asks for at level 8.

How to fight it: the dragon takes little damage until it is stunned. Fill its stun bar with Stun Arrows, lightning spells (such as Chain Lightning) or by parrying its fireballs back. When it falls to the ground, it takes extra damage. If you catch fire, dodge to put it out.

What changed in 1.0

  • Much less health.
  • A new phase where it lands exhausted in the arena: melee's turn.
  • The weak point on its back works with every weapon (before, only arrows).
  • Stun Arrows and shock damage fill the stun bar better.
  • Its air push throws you higher, giving you time to open your glider.
  • The arena vultures drop materials to craft more Stun Arrows and lightning spells.
Dungeons

Hollow Halls

Ancient complexes where the Hollow live. They are tough content meant for groups, but a well-geared character can do them solo. Each one needs a Bone Key, so keep materials for the next key.

In 1.0, opening the chests in the final rooms costs 25% fewer resources, and Hollow Halls weapons were reworked to be especially good against the Hollow.

The final boss

❔

To be confirmed in 1.0

The official notes say that, high in the sky of Cinder's Cradle, evil hides its strongest champion yet, and that beating it unlocks the last Flame level. Its name and mechanics are not in any reliable source yet; we will add them when they are.
